Firefighters have a dangerous job. They have to be brave. They save lives. They are heroes!

But a hero can be anyone. A hero might be a teacher or a coach. They can be a friend or a family member. They can be someone you know . . . or someone you have never met. A hero is anyone you look up to.

Who is YOUR hero?

Write them a letter! Tell them why they are your hero. You can thank them for what they do.

You can decorate your letter too. You can send your letter to your hero if you have their address, an envelope, and a stamp. You can also email them. An adult can help you!
